Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Storcea subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your Storcea dashboard
- Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
You can also contact us at storcea.team@gmail.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
2. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will continue to have full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, access to paid features will be disabled and your account will be subject to Free plan limits (20 products, 1 image per product, Storcea badge displayed). Free features including maintenance mode and order notes remain available. Your storefront will remain live.
3. No Partial Refunds
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of your billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on when refunds may be issued.
4. Data Retention
Your store data (products, orders, settings) is retained while your account remains active. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, please contact us at storcea.team@gmail.com.
5. Reactivation
If you cancel a subscription that has not yet expired, you can undo the cancellation from the Billing page in your dashboard. This is not a new charge — your existing subscription simply continues as planned.
Once your subscription has expired, you may subscribe to any plan from the Billing page. All your store data is retained and will be accessible again immediately.
6. Upgrading Mid-Subscription
If you are on an annual Starter plan, you may upgrade to annual Pro before your subscription expires. The unused value of your remaining Starter period is credited toward the annual Pro plan — you are only charged the difference. Your new annual Pro subscription runs for one full year from the upgrade date. Switching from annual billing to monthly billing is not available while a subscription is active.
If you are on a monthly Starter plan, you must wait until your current billing period ends before upgrading. Monthly billing periods are at most 30 days.
7. Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please email us at storcea.team@gmail.com. Account deletion is irreversible.
