Refund Policy

1. Overview
Storcea operates on a subscription basis. Because we provide immediate access to our platform and its features upon payment, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
We encourage all merchants to start on our Free plan to explore the platform before upgrading to a paid tier. This allows you to evaluate Storcea at no cost before committing to a subscription.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
The following are non-refundable:
- Monthly subscription payments (Starter or Pro)
- Annual subscription payments (Starter or Pro)
- Any partial period remaining after cancellation
- Prorated upgrade charges (the amount paid when upgrading from annual Starter to Pro mid-subscription)
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No credit or refund will be issued for unused time.
Note on prorated upgrades: If you upgrade from an annual Starter plan to annual Pro before your Starter subscription expires, the unused Starter value is applied as a credit toward your annual Pro plan. The prorated charge you pay at the time of upgrade is non-refundable, as it grants immediate access to Pro features for a full year from the upgrade date.
3. Exceptions — Billing Errors
We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
- Incorrect amount: You were charged an amount different from the stated subscription price.
- Technical failure: A confirmed technical error on our part prevented you from accessing the platform for an extended period after payment.
Refund requests for billing errors must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at storcea.team@gmail.com with:
- The email address associated with your Storcea account
- The date and amount of the charge
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original Mobile Money number used for payment.
